Job summary

WSP is seeking a proactive PMO/Programme Solutions professional in the UK to support governance, reporting and controls across major infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project teams, the PMO Manager and data analytics to deliver robust dashboards and insights.

You will gain hands-on experience with programme reporting, data quality and continuous improvement while developing your PMO skills in a structured, delivery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with structured information, reporting and project data in a PMO environment.
• Ability to analyse data to generate meaningful insights for governance.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, time management and written/oral communication skills.
• Collaborative approach across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance activities, including reporting cycles, meetings and coordination across stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to support transparency and assurance.
• Contribute to PMO processes, standards and templates for consistent delivery.
• Provide structured information for governance forums and decision‑making.
• Assist data analytics in structuring PMO datasets for reporting and analysis.
