Job summary

WSP is seeking a PMO support role within our Programme Solutions team in the UK. You will help deliver robust governance, reporting and project controls for major infrastructure programmes, working closely with project teams, the PMO Manager and the data analytics function.

This is an early-career opportunity to develop hands-on experience in PMO processes, data quality, dashboards and governance within a structured, delivery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with structured information, reporting and project data in PMO environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse data to create meaningful insight for stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support programme governance activities, including reporting cycles and coordination across stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to support transparency and assurance.
• Ensure outputs align with PMO standards and templates.
• Provide information to support governance forums and decision-making.
• Collaborate with data analytics to structure PMO datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure information is accurate and aligned to PMO standards; support day-to-day PMO operations.
• Contribute to a delivery-focused PMO to enable effective programme delivery.
