Job summary

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited in Belfast is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support delivery of large-scale cross-functional technology, digital or data projects. You will work within a PMO to uphold governance, review project docs, and support assurance activities.

You will monitor budgets, forecast variances, consolidate portfolio data, and prepare clear reporting for governance forums. Proficiency with digital reporting tools and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• At least four years' experience in a PMO, project management or project support role.
• Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology, digital or data projects within a PMO.
• Experience applying PMO governance frameworks, standards, and processes, including reviewing project documentation, and supporting project assurance activities.
• Experience supporting project or programme financial management, including budget monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience reviewing project plans, tracking delivery against milestones, and monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigating actions, including escalating concerns to support governance.
• Experience consolidating and analysing portfolio, programme, or project information to produce clear reporting packs and present key minutes and updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Experience using digital tools to analyse project information, produce reports and identify opportunities to improve or automate processes.
