Job summary

Telefónica Tech in Belfast is seeking a PMO Coordinator to ensure successful project execution through governance, robust reporting, and effective resource management. You will support the PMO Programme Manager with data accuracy for executive decisions.

You will oversee health checks, consolidate data for dashboards, and mentor the PMO Administrator while coordinating cross-project dependencies and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar PMO role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes.
• Planning skills including ability to define and fulfil task and schedules.
• Experience with Professional Services/Enterprise Services environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Quality Assurance: oversee PM framework compliance and conduct health checks on documents.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: consolidate data and create dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Management & Support: supervise PMO Administrator and manage day-to-day process queries.
• Project Coordination: coordinate workshops, audits, and cross-project dependencies.
