St. James'S Place is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our Central PMO team in a hybrid Cirencester office environment. You will own key PMO services, lead assurance activities, and provide reporting and insights across Change, Digital & Delivery to ensure projects meet standards.

The role demands governance focus, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

• Proven PMO Analyst experience within a project, programme or portfolio environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and conduct project assurance activities aligning with standards and best practice.
• Support administration, adoption and improvement of PMO tools with guidance.
• Produce accurate reporting to support governance and portfolio oversight.
• Act as subject matter expert across PMO services and develop team capability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to promote governance and delivery standards.
• Ensure PMO activities contribute to delivery outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
