Contract PMO Analyst — Change & Governance

Job summary

Adecco is seeking a PMO Analyst to join a high-performing Change and Transformation function within a leading financial services environment in the UK. You will support governance, reporting and co-ordination across programmes and projects.

Working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders, you will maintain artefacts, track dependencies, risks and issues, and produce status updates and briefings for senior committees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a PMO Analyst or similar project support role.
• Experience supporting project governance and reporting activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience producing reports and project documentation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments.
• Exposure to Change, Transformation or Business Change programmes.
• Experience maintaining RAID logs, action trackers and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and delivery of change programmes and projects.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artefacts.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Produce regular project status reports and MI.
• Prepare steering committee packs and updates.
• Support project planning and delivery tracking activities.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders and workstreams.
• Ensure project records and reporting are accurate.
