Acturis Limited, a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry, seeks an analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will analyse timesheets, resource utilisation and project performance to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.

You will champion Jira and Tempo usage, ensure accurate time recording and high-quality reporting, and help drive successful delivery of strategic projects across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience turning data into executive reports and dashboards.
• Ability to drive insights for workforce planning and project management.

Responsabilités

• Analyse timesheet, resource utilisation and project performance data, producing executive reporting packs, dashboards and insights.
• Drive consistency and data quality across the business by championing the effective use of Jira and Tempo, promoting accurate time recording, and identifying opportunities to improve reporting, productivity and project outcomes.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic projects by monitoring milestones and budgets, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project progress is clearly communicated through timely status reporting and performance analysis.
