Job summary

ESCO Maritime Solutions, based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, and the rollout of a new Project Management Tool across the business. You will work with Project Managers, Planners, and senior stakeholders to deliver critical insights and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Project Controls, or Programme Management environments.
• Proven ability to produce management information, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Experience with project management reporting tools and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO governance, metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Lead the PMO Tool implementation, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Produce portfolio insights, trend analysis, and senior leadership reporting.
• Support schedule, risk, cost, and resource reporting activities.
• Develop user guidance, training materials, and governance documentation.
