Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the Devonport Royal Dockyard team in Plymouth, Devon. The role focuses on governance, reporting and data analysis to support secure project delivery across Data & Digital Infrastructure projects.

You will transform project data into insights, help maintain schedules and risk registers, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to drive operational excellence. The position is full-time, on-site with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project controls or governance.
• Proven ability to produce reports and dashboards with data accuracy.
• Knowledge of governance, controls and reporting processes.
• Experience maintaining risk/issue/action/dependency registers.
• Strong Excel and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project governance, reporting and assurance activities across the Data & Digital Infrastructure portfolio.
• Produce and analyse project reports, dashboards and management information to support decision-making.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones and risk, issue, action and dependency registers.
• Coordinate project meetings, governance reviews and stakeholder forums, tracking actions to completion.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
