Nationwide in Glasgow is launching the Change Development Programme, a two-year rotation designed to build your career in banking through hands-on change delivery. As a Portfolio Management Office Analyst, you’ll support governance, reporting and data‑driven decisions to help deliver strategic outcomes.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, learn to co-ordinate routines, analyse project data, and apply process improvements while developing core change and delivery skills through the Change
