Job summary

Nationwide in Glasgow is launching a Change Development Programme to train ambitious graduates and career changers into Portfolio Management Office Analyst roles. The two-year programme combines induction, a Change Academy, and hands-on experience supporting strategic change initiatives.

You’ll learn governance, reporting, and delivery disciplines while working with Change teams across the UK. Hybrid working is offered with at least two days per week at the Glasgow office; the programme includes

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of governance and assurance frameworks, performance tracking, and portfolio reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Analyse project data, identifying trends and risks
• Co-ordinate governance routines, recommending improvements to delivery processes, ensuring that projects not only stay on track but also deliver maximum value to the business
• You'll join our Change teams, helping deliver strategic programmes, technology initiatives and business improvements
• Depending on your role and placement, you'll use tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and Visio to support planning, collaboration, analysis and delivery
• No two days are the same. You could support workshops and analyse business processes. You might gather requirements, support project plans or review risks.
