Nationwide is launching a Change Development Programme in London for ambitious individuals to become Change professionals. You’ll participate in a two-year journey, starting with an induction, then joining the Change Academy, and finally specialising as a Business Analyst within multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll learn through digital learning, workshops and hands-on projects, gaining exposure to real banking changes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• The ability to engage confidently with business and technology colleagues, translating information clearly between technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilités

• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements across change initiatives
• Define scope and deliverables, identify dependencies and impacts across teams
• Collaborate with technology, architecture and delivery teams to shape practical solutions
• Maintain traceability from business need to delivery and ensure requirements are complete
• Analyse complex information and understand effects of changes across processes and systems
• Develop stakeholder management and planning skills and work towards foundational qualifications
• Progress into Business Analyst roles across change and transformation
