Job summary

Nationwide invites ambitious graduates to join the Change Development Programme. As a Project Manager, you’ll help deliver change initiatives, prioritise work, plan delivery and manage stakeholder expectations within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

This two-year programme blends digital learning, hands-on experiences and workshops across our change teams, with a hybrid working model and access to our UK-wide estate and homeworking.

Responsibilities
