Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to support a large-scale technology integration programme following a major acquisition. You’ll work with the Programme Manager and PMO team to keep governance, actions and delivery information up to date.

This hands-on role suits someone who brings organisation to a complex environment, takes ownership and follows through to deliver milestones and reports across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience as PMO Analyst in IT transformation or integration.
• Strong governance, reporting and programme coordination.
• Experience maintaining RAID logs, milestones and actions across multiple workstreams.
• Confident to challenge stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, dependency registers and programme documentation.
• Capturing clear meeting notes, decisions and actions, then following up with owners.
• Supporting integrated programme planning, milestone tracking and dependency management.
• Gathering updates from Project Managers and workstream leads, highlighting risks, delays and overdue actions.
• Preparing programme reports and governance packs.
• Supporting transition services agreement (TSA) exit tracking and wider programme coordination.

A proactive PMO Analyst to support a large-scale technology integration programme following a major acquisition.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, existing PMO team and Project Managers, you’ll keep governance, actions and delivery information up to date, helping a busy programme stay on track.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing organisation to a complex environment, takes ownership and confidently follows things through.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, dependency registers and programme documentation.
• Capturing clear meeting notes, decisions and actions, then following up with owners.
• Supporting integrated programme planning, milestone tracking and dependency management.
• Gathering updates from Project Managers and workstream leads, highlighting risks, delays and overdue actions.
• Preparing programme reports and governance packs.
• Supporting transition services agreement (TSA) exit tracking and wider programme coordination.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a PMO Analyst within a complex IT transformation or integration programme.
• Strong governance, reporting and programme coordination skills.
• Experience maintaining RAID logs, tracking milestones and managing actions across multiple workstreams.
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders, chase updates and escalates issues when needed.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A pragmatic approach—you’ll know how to provide useful structure while keeping things simple.

Experience in M&A integration, IT separation, infrastructure or application migration would be advantageous.
