Job summary

PMLD Teacher role in Brent, West London, with a salary of £1,000–£1,100 per week, start ASAP/ March 2026. You will teach a small class of 8 pupils from Years 4-7, supporting children with PMLD and complex medical needs, including non-verbal students and a VI pupil.

The school offers strong TA support and holistic development focus. The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS and have experience with SEND, with newly qualified teachers welcome.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS).
• Experience or strong interest in working with pupils with SEND.
• Newly qualified teachers welcome and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Teach a small class of 8 pupils across Years 4-7.
• Support children with PMLD and complex medical needs.
• Create a calm, engaging and highly supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders to support pupil development and wellbeing.
