Job summary

Nuffield Health, a leading health and wellbeing charity, seeks a Commercial Manager PMI to own a designated PMI account and drive retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across hospital and physiotherapy services.

You will work with Partnership Development Directors to identify opportunities, manage insurer relationships, and deliver excellent service with a focus on strategic account management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or commercial relationship management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships while driving revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Highly organised and collaborative with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a designated PMI account, focusing on relationship management, retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
• Support management of a major insurer relationship and contribute to wider commercial objectives.
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue across hospital and physiotherapy services.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and respond to customer needs.
• Manage service performance, customer feedback, and escalations with internal teams.
• Provide customer and market insights to support product development and tender activity.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Digital and Clinical teams for seamless outcomes.
