Mitie is seeking an exceptional Account Director with a strong healthcare background to lead a high-profile hospital account in London. You will shape strategy, drive service delivery, and align facilities management with clinical goals.

You will build senior partnerships, lead multi-disciplinary teams, own the P&L, ensure compliance with NHS/HSE standards, and use data analytics to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups at executive/board level.
• Experience owning P&L and driving growth within a large account.
• Strong knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver service excellence.
• Data-driven decision making and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the long-term strategic plan for a major healthcare account.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across hospital leadership teams.
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement across facilities management services.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities within the healthcare account.
• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary operational teams.
• Take full ownership of P&L performance, balancing quality care and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, HSE standards, and SLAs.
• Use insight, data, and analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
