Job summary

Progress Sales Recruitment in Diss, UK seeks an Internal Account Manager for NHS accounts. You will manage day-to-day activity and work with an external sales team to maximise retention, revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary up to £42k with bonus and a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office). You will identify opportunities, respond to requests, generate quotations and maintain CRM data while developing knowledge of NHS procurement and medical equipment

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing NHS accounts and healthcare customers.
• Strong CRM and sales reporting skills.
• Ability to identify and close repeat and incremental NHS opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships across NHS accounts
• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations and product support requests
• Identify and convert repeat, run-rate and incremental sales opportunities
• Generate quotations and follow up opportunities
• Support targeted inside-sales campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account information
