This role will provide a dedicated plumbing resource to support the Customer Team and operational delivery teams, enabling customer issues to be investigated and resolved quickly and helping to prevent avoidable repeat contacts and complaints.
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our team working on the United Utilities Water Mains Rehab Contract across the North West. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, practical, and confident dealing directly with customers. The successful candidate will attend customer properties to investigate and resolve issues such as poor water pressure, restricted or blocked supplies, air in the system and other plumbing-related problems following water mains replacement schemes. You will work closely with our Customer Team and operational site teams to identify.
