Qualifications

• Experience in merchant or sales-focused role in building materials.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and helping customers find the right products.
• Experience leading or supporting a team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person or by phone.
• Create tailored quotes and turn leads into opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day admin and keep operations on track.
• Guide customers to the right products using up-to-date knowledge.
• Keep displays tidy and stocked for easy browsing.
• Collaborate with branch teams including the yard and counter.
