Huws Gray Oakham is seeking a Plumbing and Heating Manager to lead our plumbing and heating team and create inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for customers.

With a design-led mindset and strong customer focus, you'll guide your team to deliver exceptional service, hit sales targets, and build lasting relationships with customers. We offer flexible working discussions and on-the-job training within a friendly local branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a plumbing and heating department.
• Knowledge of the KBB industry is advantageous.

We're looking for a Plumbing and Heating Manager to lead our team in Oakham. You'll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you'll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
