Huws Gray Stafford is seeking an Internal Sales Person to join our Stafford branch. You’ll build relationships with customers, provide expert advice in store and over the phone, and help drive branch success. You’ll tailor quotes, nurture enquiries, manage admin, and share up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose the right materials.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good computer literacy and basic administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Building connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in-branch, providing expert advice.
• Preparing quotes, following up enquiries, and developing leads.
• Managing essential admin to keep things running smoothly.
• Offering up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose the best materials.
• Maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays and collaborating with yard and counter staff.
