Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience in a plumbing & heating environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are needed.

What you'll be doing: Building connections - with customers in person, over the phone, and in the branch or yard, providing expert advice Creating tailored solutions - preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and developing leads Keeping things running smoothly - managing essential admin efficiently Offering guidance - with up-to-date product knowledge to help customers find the best plumbing & heating materials Enhancing the shopping experience - maintaining well-stocked, inviting displays Collaborating - across the branch with your colleagues, including yard and counter sales, to support the team We're happy to explore flexible working options. You'll bring some previous customer service experience and sales experience with in a plumbing & heating enviroment is preferred but isn't essential. So if you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in plumbing and heating materials and are keen to learn, we'll give you all the training and support you need to grow and succeed in the role. The right person will also bring strong time keeping, natural organisation and clear communication skills. You'll listen well, show genuine enthusiasm and maintain sharp attention to detail.
