Huws Gray Diss is seeking a Customer Services Assistant (Plumbing & Heating Specialist) to help customers in branch, over the phone and on site. You will provide expert advice, build relationships, and create tailored quotes to support branch success.

The role emphasises great communication, strong organisational skills and a positive, customer-focused approach. Flexible working options may be available, with a supportive team environment at a busy DIY/hardware supplier.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience in a plumbing & heating environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in-branch.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on enquiries, and develop leads.
• Maintain accurate admin and ensure smooth branch operations.
