Job description

Job Title: Plumber / Multi-Trader

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements across all property sectors.

We are seeking an all-round Plumber / Multi-Trader for work in the East London and South End areas to carry out various aspects of housing maintenance and services to our clients at a high standard. Unvented certificates are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
3. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Benefits:

• GBP 36,000 per annum, with a van and fuel (rising to GBP 38,000 after probation).
• Annual bonus (not guaranteed).
