Plumber Multi Trader – £36,000 + Van + Great Benefits

Location:Covering CR & BR postcodes |Depot:Rochester, Kent
Hours:39 hours per week |Salary:£36,000 + van, fuel card, and generous holidays

Hyde Housing is seeking a skilledPlumber Multi Traderto carry out repairs and maintenance across our residential properties. You’ll use your plumbing expertise alongside basic carpentry skills to provide a reliable first-time-fix service that keeps our customers satisfied.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality plumbing repairs with some door hanging and basic carpentry

• Operating in occupied homes across the CR and BR postcode areas

• Taking part in weekly toolbox talks every Monday (7:00 am start) at our Rochester depot

• Maintaining excellent communication and service standards

What you’ll need:

• Strong plumbing skills with basic carpentry (especially door hanging)

• Ability to consistently complete first-time fixes

• Experience in domestic maintenance

• Your own set of tools – we’ll provide the rest
