Job description

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

We are looking for an all-round Plumber / Multi Trader to work in the East London and Southend area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance services to our clients at a high-quality standard. Unvented certificates are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our clients.
3. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

1. GBP36,000 P/A Van and Fuel (rising to GBP38,000 after probation)
