Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Plumber / Facilities Technician for a fixed site role, based near Okehampton. You will perform reactive maintenance and planned works on mechanical and plumbing building services, including heating and hot water systems.

This is a fixed-site position with a 1-in-3 on-call rota designed for stability and long-term security. The role suits someone with a plumbing or building maintenance background, wanting a permanent site-based position in a calm estate

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or building services maintenance.
• Background in plumbing/building maintenance preferred.
• Capable of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work on heating and hot water systems, pumps, valves, pipework and associated plant.

Fixed Site; Commutable from: Okehampton, Exeter, Barnstaple, Tavistock, Bideford, Launceston, Crediton, and surrounding areas

This role would suit someone from a plumbing / building maintenance background looking for a permanent, fixed-location position offering stability, a great team environment and consistent long-term work.
