Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber to join a reactive maintenance team covering Ealing and surrounding patches. You will carry out repairs and installations, diagnose leaks, and deliver high-quality workmanship in tenants' homes.

The role offers £22 per hour CIS, a company van and fuel card, and ongoing, full-time work with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Previous social housing experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence - no more than 6 points.
• NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Level 2 (trade qualification) or blue CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, toilets, taps, showers, sinks, and waste systems.
• Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Undertake minor multi-trade works where required.
• Provide a professional and courteous service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
