JobsTrackR is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Croydon, carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. The role focuses on diagnosing and completing plumbing repairs in occupied homes to a high standard.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and proven plumbing experience. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company van with fuel card is provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing – essential.
• Proven experience as a Plumber.
• Experience in social housing or property maintenance desirable.
• Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults.
• Repair leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and pipework.
• Replace plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Basic bathroom and kitchen repairs.
• Work in occupied and unoccupied social housing properties.
• Complete jobs within agreed timescales.
