Nuco Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Plumber to join our reactive maintenance team covering properties across London. You will perform day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance with a focus on quality workmanship.

The role is mobile within Greater London, requires a full UK driving licence, and a customer-focused approach. You will diagnose faults, repair leaks, and liaise with tenants to keep properties safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber within reactive maintenance or property repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Ability to work independently with a varied workload.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance works.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and faulty pipework.
• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, showers and sanitary ware.
• Carry out minor pipework installations and alterations.
• Identify faults and provide effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, residents and clients.
• Complete job reports and updates using a mobile device.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment.

Plumber - Reactive Maintenance

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our reactive maintenance team covering properties across London.

This is a mobile role carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance within residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently while delivering a high standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance works.


• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faulty pipework.


• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, showers, and sanitary ware.


• Carry out minor pipework installations and alterations.

• Basic knowledge of other trades such as carpentry, tiling, or patch plastering.
