Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced plumber multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team in Ealing. The role is temp to perm, 42.5 hours per week, paid at £22 per hour CIS, with a van and fuel card provided.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing faults in domestic/social housing properties, carry out secondary trades, and deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards. Full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing.
• Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Ability to carry out secondary trades to a good standard.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework.
• Making good after plumbing works to a high standard.
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
• Carrying out secondary trades when required.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
