Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team. The role covers reactive repairs in both occupied and void properties.

You will carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works, diagnose and complete repairs to a high standard, and work to housing KPIs while maintaining a professional and respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber in social housing or property maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade is essential.
• Strong skills across at least two trades.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Good customer service skills and ability to work independently.
