Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced plumber to join a busy social housing repairs team in Lambeth. You will undertake reactive repairs, covering plumbing, carpentry, plastering and more, ensuring high workmanship and timely completion for residents in occupied and void properties.

You should hold an NVQ Level 2 in a core trade, have strong multi-trade capabilities and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber in social housing or property maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade is essential.
• Strong skills across at least two trades and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works.
• Diagnose and complete repairs to a high standard within timescales and KPIs.
• Complete job sheets and report works accurately.
• Provide a professional and respectful service to residents.
