The role handles plot sales, new-build transactions, and exchanges with developers, clients, and other solicitors, delivering professional, commercially focused service.

Qualifications

• Be a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with equivalent expertise.
• Have 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing or plot sales work.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, client care and organisational skills.
• Be proactive, commercially aware, detail-focused and a collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Manage a busy plot sales caseload, ideally including plot sales and new-build transactions.
• Oversee matters from instruction through to exchange and completion.
• Work closely with clients, developers, estate agents and other solicitors.
• Deliver a proactive, commercially focused service while maintaining high professional standards.
