Job summary

Greggs plc is recruiting a PLM Project Support Manager to coordinate the PLM portfolio and monitor progress. The role involves governance, risk management and driving successful product launches across the business, with cross-functional collaboration from Food & Drink Development, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing.

The role is based at Greggs House, Newcastle Upon Tyne, with a strong focus on delivering projects at pace and maintaining PLM process standards.

Qualifications

• Project management experience or qualification advantageous.
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support allocated PLM projects by coordinating setup, governance, milestones, stakeholders and risks, ensuring on-time delivery and governance.
• Produce and own PLM reporting and insights to support decision-making and improve delivery performance.
• Own the PLM project review cycle with structured reviews, change management and lessons learned to strengthen future performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of PLM processes and ways of working by embedding changes and tracking effectiveness.
