Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced PLM Engagement Lead in Manchester to drive complex digital engineering and PLM programmes. You will manage senior client relationships, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and ensure value from PLM investments.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into delivery outcomes. You will operate across engineering, manufacturing and IT with executive-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading PLM engagements across digital engineering programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership within enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with PLM platforms like Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior client contact, building relationships with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, digital, IT and programme teams.
• Lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from mobilisation to delivery and transition, providing governance and risk management.
• Own engagement commercial performance including forecasting, resource planning, revenue, cost and margin management.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and deliver client value and growth.
