Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions, on behalf of a digital engineering client, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own day-to-day operation and service management of a large-scale PLM/3DEXPERIENCE platform in Oxford with hybrid working.

You will lead internal teams and external partners, ensure platform resilience, incident and change control per ITIL/ITSM, and drive continuous improvement across governance, security and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE and large-scale PLM platforms.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM governance background.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, suppliers and service partners.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance, availability and reliability of a large-scale PLM/3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Lead internal teams, delivery partners and suppliers to deliver ITIL-aligned service management.
• Own platform resilience, monitoring, backup and recovery, and address operational risks.
• Act as the operational interface with the SaaS vendor for service delivery and escalations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Engineering and IT Security to transition new capabilities securely.
• Drive continual improvement across governance, configuration, access management and ITSM practices.
