Tata Technologies is recruiting a PLM Programme Manager to lead Service Operations for PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE, serving a global user base. The role focuses on delivering stable, efficient, and business-aligned IT services in a complex enterprise setting.

You will govern incidents, changes, and releases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance, performance, and improvement initiatives across service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Program Management within large enterprise IT environments.
• Experience governing Incident, Major Incident, Change and Release Management within PLM contexts.
• Experience with PLM/3DEXPERIENCE in automotive, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, governance and escalation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Operations for PLM platforms including 3DEXPERIENCE and related PLM apps.
• Govern incident, problem, change and release management to improve service maturity.
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, platform, and vendor teams worldwide.
• Present operational performance and risks to governance forums and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and tooling.
