Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced PLM Engagement Manager in Manchester to lead complex digital engineering programmes and PLM deliveries. You will own the engagement lifecycle, manage senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure commercial delivery performance.

You will leverage strong PLM platform knowledge (Teamcenter/NX, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE) and translate business priorities into successful outcomes while upholding Capgemini governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex client engagements in PLM, digital engineering or related enterprise technology environments.
• Strong commercial and business development expertise, including forecasting, budgeting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior client contact, building relationships with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, digital, IT and programme teams, aligned to objectives and contracts.
• Lead the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from mobilisation to transition, providing governance and proactive risk management.

You will be responsible for building trusted client relationships, leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring commercial and delivery performance, and helping clients realise value from their PLM investments.
