Job summary

Wise is seeking an Implementation Manager for Wise Platform Verification to bring analytical rigour and process discipline. You will map verification processes, define KPIs, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Operations to implement measurable improvements.

You will focus on reducing manual work, building rollout playbooks, and ensuring launches are safe, auditable, and scalable.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative strategy.
• Hands-on with SQL and comfortable with imperfect data.
• Able to map processes, identify bottlenecks and root causes.
• Led cross-functional change across product, engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Strong structured problem solving and ability to turn ambiguity into plans.

Responsibilities

• Map Wise Platform verification processes end to end across partner models.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and runbooks to guide improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and track fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering to implement changes.
• Support automation and migration of workflows toward scalable patterns.
