Job summary

Wise is seeking an Implementation Manager for Wise Platform Verification. You will apply analytical rigour to understand verification across partners, identify friction and cost drivers, and lead improvements from diagnosis to rollout and measurement.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, risk, and operations to ensure safe launches, measurable outcomes, and scalable processes across global teams.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on with SQL and comfortable with imperfect operational data.
• You can map complex processes, identify bottlenecks and failure modes.
• You lead cross-functional implementations across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Map Wise Platform verification end-to-end processes and evidence flows.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual review and disruption.
• Define implementation plans with scope, owners, milestones, risks, launch gates, and runbooks.
• Build trusted KPI definitions and dashboards to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Analytics to validate data quality, segment impact and measure outcomes.
• Work with Engineering to translate needs into concrete, implementable requirements.
• Ensure process changes meet control objectives and remain auditable.
• Support automation and migration toward scalable product patterns.
• Lead root-cause analysis and track fixes to closure.
