Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional platform team (BOV Platform) and mentor engineers.
Own the technical roadmap for the BOV platform.
Partner with BOV Global, Personal Onboarding, Wise Platform Verification and Mitigation Handling.
Contribute to delivery and stay hands-on when needed.
Ensure on-call rotas, SLAs, observability and durable fixes.
