Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Platform Support Specialist in London to manage Data Vantage platforms such as DataShop/LiveVol, Silexx, Hanweck and Cboe indices. You will own incidents, coordinate post-incident reviews, and guide resolution while partnering with product and platform teams.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted tooling ethics, complex diagnostics with SQL/UNIX, and providing high-level customer support and data troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years in a securities or technical support role.
• Knowledge of financial market equity and derivatives.
• Experience monitoring and supporting production, mission-critical market data systems.
• Familiarity with the FIX protocol and order lifecycle workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows, and general SQL knowledge.
• Willingness to use AI tooling with verification before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation of complex platform issues via log analysis, data validation, API/FIX analysis and UNIX diagnostics.
• Own escalated cases through to resolution and coordinate incident management across teams.
• Provide advanced customer and product support, including troubleshooting and configuration assistance.
• Maintain runbooks, health checks, dashboards and technical documentation.
