Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is hiring a Platform Support Specialist in London to support Data Vantage platforms such as DataShop/LiveVol and Silexx. You will own escalated cases, coordinate incident response, and drive root-cause fixes while leveraging AI tools under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in securities or technical support roles (2–5 years).
• Knowledge of financial market equity and derivatives products.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation of complex platform issues and own escalated cases to resolution.
• Coordinate incident management across teams and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Support Data Vantage product management and assist with configuration and troubleshooting.
