Job summary

Sky is seeking a Platform QA Operator on a fixed-term contract until January 2027 to ensure on-demand and OTT content meets quality and accessibility standards across Sky Q, Sky Go, NOW and related platforms.

You will perform structured QA checks, investigate issues, and collaborate with editorial and engineering teams to support resolutions. This role offers exposure to content operations, streaming services, incident management and customer experience assurance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structured QA checks on VOD, OTT and linear content across Sky and NOW platforms.
• Validate content availability, metadata, subtitles and playback.
• Identify issues from the customer perspective and report findings.
• Work with teams to meet release schedules and priorities.
• Raise and track incidents with clear impact and evidence.
