Job summary

TOPdesk in the United Kingdom is seeking a Platform PMM to own the ITSM/ESM storytelling, ICPs, and positioning for the core product. You will shape the narrative as TOPdesk expands into AI-enabled enterprise service management, guiding launches and sales conversations.

Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you’ll work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to set best-practice standards and align global messaging across campaigns and customer engagements, creating a cohesive,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning positioning or narrative for a product or platform.
• Experience building or sharpening an ICP from evidence, not assumption.
• Comfort operating from company-wide narrative to launch briefs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain TOPdesk's ITSM and ESM positioning and ICP.
• Build the platform narrative linking ITSM, ESM, and AI into one story.
• Partner with Product to translate innovations into market-facing positioning.
• Support quarterly launch rhythm and turn releases into platform-story moments.
• Brief and align Sales, CS, Customer Marketing, and Analyst Relations on positioning.
