Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Platform Owner for Identity Governance & Administration to lead the strategy, design and delivery of the identity platform. You will guide modernization efforts, manage integrations and drive architectural decisions across teams.

The role supports a hybrid working model with in-person collaboration and site travel as needed, shaping secure, scalable identity capabilities across Kingfisher and brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Ability to shape roadmaps and lead platform improvements.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, APIs, workflows, connectors, automation.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical roadmap for Identity Governance & Administration services.
• Lead engineering delivery for the Identity Governance platform and handle escalations.
• Guide development and health of Microsoft Identity Manager and integrations.
• Plan migration plans for replacing Microsoft Identity Manager with the new platform.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, RBAC and entitlement management.
• Improve the platform through automation, standardisation and reducing technical debt.
