Kingfisher is seeking a Platform Owner for Identity Governance & Administration to provide technical leadership, roadmap ownership, and delivery for the IG&A services. You will guide the evolution of Microsoft Identity Manager, coordinate migrations, and ensure secure, resilient operations across identity lifecycle management.

The role involves shaping architecture, collaborating with design and architecture teams, and driving improvements while balancing delivery milestones and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Identity Manager and related components.
• Experience shaping technical roadmaps and migrations.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.

Responsabilités

• Shape the technical roadmap for Identity Governance & Administration services.
• Lead engineering delivery for the Identity Governance platform.
• Guide the continued development and operation of Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Support the future replacement of Microsoft Identity Manager with a migration plan.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Improve the platform through automation, standardisation and security.
• Prioritise engineering work and manage stakeholders and partners.
