Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Platform Owner for Identity Governance & Administration to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Guardian-like identity services across the business. The role focuses on shaping the platform roadmap, guiding modernization, and ensuring secure, scalable identity management.

The position requires hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration, including Microsoft Identity Manager, and strong leadership across engineering teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms and services.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager, including provisioning and metaverse design.
• Experience shaping technical roadmaps and leading platform improvement, migration or replacement work.
• Technical knowledge of PowerShell, APIs, workflows, connectors and automation.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical roadmap for Identity Governance & Administration services.
• Lead engineering delivery for the Identity Governance platform and complex escalations.
• Guide ongoing development and operational health of Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Support migration plans and engineering deliverables replacing Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Improve the platform through automation, standardisation and debt reduction.
• Prioritise engineering work and coordinate with suppliers and managed service partners.
